why is this set to incomplete?

$ grep '^# *inc' /usr/include/x86_64-linux-gnu/asm/posix_types.h
# include "posix_types_32.h"
# include "posix_types_64.h"

causes build failures in more than one package; please address this for beta1, or beta2 at least.
