You can resolved temporarily the bug commenting the following headings:

gconf > system/http_proxy/use_http_proxy

dconf > system/proxy/http/enabled

Don't you remember to set the host and port fields.
The terminal commands for setting gconf and dconf are gconf-editor and dconf-editor.
