This bug was fixed in the package gnome-keyring - 2.25.90-0ubuntu2

gnome-keyring (2.25.90-0ubuntu2) jaunty; urgency=low

  * debian/rules: don't build the test suite, it's not used during build and
    it sets -Werror which breaks build on some architectures (LP: #327643).
