I see that the original bug was reported 18-02-2016. The title on this bug here speaks about "Restart and Install" whereas the issue in our case, the button has "Restart & Update".
Also, the status of this bug is "Fix released" (March 2016)

Summarising I think I should raise a new bug for this, as it seems to be a new issue unrelated to the issue reported in this bug.
