Comment 13 for bug 305565

It seems that it is sufficient for gpgme to know the path of where it should find gpgconf, just as with the gpg and gpgsm binaries. Simply adding "--with-gpgconf=/usr/bin/gpgconf" to its configure options makes it work for me.
