Grey is fine. The problem is the tooltip telling you that rules are disabled regardless of whether they are or not.

The rules still exist in both configurations so they should still be shown. Greying them out is intuitive and appropriate for rules which exist but currently have no effect.

Thank you for your work on these gufw bugs! It's great to know there will be no outstanding gui-ufw (Ubuntu) bug reports for Intrepid :-)
