@Marcos: The title "Firewall Configuration" is an odd name for an application.
"Firewall Utility" , "Firewall Configuration Tool" , "Graphical Firewall Utility" , "Firewall Organizer" would be better though generic. Better to have a catchy name[GFirewall , FireGuard, Quick Firewall..., ]
As far as your concern about users searching "firewall" or "configuration" , search either of those terms in SC and you will find GuardDog in the list.
If searching is the reason why the gui-ufw is name so , search is not an issue here , you can add those words [firewall , configure , configuration] in the short/long description and SC will find the app. Having a unique proper name would be better.
And replace gufw with any other name you can choose.
For the short description : "Allows you to configure the firewall" should do.
If you at loss for a catchy name, you can ask the docs team too , either the gnome or ubuntu docs team, they can help out with this.
