This patch adds the recommends on python-uniconvertor as well as patches inkscape to use the correct binary.

inkscape (0.46-0ubuntu3) intrepid; urgency=low

  * Make use of UniConvertor to r/w additional file formats (LP: #200750).
    - Added recommends for python-uniconvertor.
    - Added patch uniconvertor_binary_name as python-uniconvertor
      uses uniconvertor as binary name instead of uniconv.
