  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - libjacknet strict shlibs that don't claim compatibility with anything
      but the current version of the package.
  * Dropped changes:
    - conflicts/replaces against the reverted g++5 package name, no longer
      needed after wily release.
