kdebase-runtime-dbg still needs to be upgraded. (It failed because it tried to overwrite a file that was in a previous version of kdelibs5-dbg.)

To do that do a sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/kdebase-runtime-dbg_4%3a4.2.0-0ubuntu1~intrepid1~ppa3_amd64.deb

and then a sudo apt-get install -f for good measure. Thanks for the bug report!
