Fix, as described here:

open /usr/lib/cli/qt-dotnet-4.5/qt-dotnet.dll.config in an editor and remove the "lib" out of the dll names (look at attached patch)
then run "sudo gacutil -i /usr/lib/cli/qt-dotnet-4.5/qt-dotnet.dll"
