kdesvn-kio-plugins both depends and replaces kdesdk-kio-plugins (<< 4:5.0.0). It should remove kdesdk-kio-plugins and install kdesvn-kio-plugins instead.

What happens if you do a "sudo aptitude install kdesvn"?
