On a clean Feisty install (from Desktop CD) the /etc/udev/rules.d/45-libgphoto2.rules file uses SUBSYSTEM. After running sudo dpkg-reconfigure libgphoto2-2, it's still SUBSYSTEM. I don't understand why it doesn't work for you, Niklas.
