* Merge from Debian unstable, remaining changes:
- build-depend on valac (>= 0.20), not valac-0.20.
- have libgusb-dev depend on gir1.2-gusb-1.0.
- install typelib to /usr/lib as expected, not to the multiarch dir.
- keep libgusb2.symbols at version 0.1.5 for compatibility with
existing Ubuntu builds.

- Use dh-autoreconf for newer libtool.
- Multiarch the library
+ Bump debhelper dependency
+ Bump compat to 9
* Dropped changes:
- Drop hardening=+all tweak, which doesn't actually change anything for
this library.
- Lintian-override for no-fortify-functions false-positive: there is
no such warning from current lintian, so drop the override.
* Call dh --with gir instead of manually hacking the sequence to call
dh_girepository.
