I think libqt0-ruby1.8-qt4 (1.4.6-0ubuntu1) is now obsoleted by libqt4-ruby1.8 (1.4.7-4).
libqt4-ruby1.8 is not affected from this bug and also follows the Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec.

But is this really the case? If yes than libqt4-ruby1.8 should probably have 'replaces' set against libqt0-ruby1.8-qt4
and the later should be removed from the archive.
