Not sure if it works, but the plan for now is:
1. check new gnutls + reverted libvirt in my ppa
2. provide a debdiff for gnutls for review and sponsoring
3. after new gnutls is in zesty archive upload the re-fixed libvirt.
4. check on any nova issues if any are left.
2/3 could be combined via Bileto to save some turnaround given proper permissions - not sure if we want/should do so.
