I installed the .deb file from https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-firmware/1.127.4/+build/6132013

After cold boot, this issue does not exist anymore.

We would like to have it fixed in 12.04.5
(I think Precise all use the same linux-firmware? no matter it's 12.04 or 12.04.5?)
