Same thing here:
When not initializing the DMA of the CDROM, HAL fails to start if Windows has
been booted before. After a cold-start, it worked.

Same thing here:
When not initializing the DMA of the CDROM, HAL fails to start if Windows has
been booted before. After a cold-start, it worked.
Now, with disabling DMA it works in both cases.
