The problem seems to be that the bttv module is loaded, rather than snd_bt87x
I am unsure if this is udev's or the kernel's fault

The following commands fix this, so I have working sound.

$ sudo modprobe -r bt878 bttv
$ sudo modprobe snd_bt87x
$ sudo modprobe bt878
