I just get my card working again with the workaround here:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.17/+bug/63989

just added this 2 lines to the /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist:

blacklist hostap_pci
blacklist prism2_pci

and added "orinoco_pci" to the /etc/modules

Now my card is working. after reboot...
