I had the same problem on :
MainBoard ASUSTeK P5N-E
Logitech MX900

In the BIOS settings, i tried to deactivate ths USB mouse and keyboard support and it seems to solve the problem.
No problem since a whole week (it was several times a day before).

Still praying...
