Hi,

I encounter the same issue on a d630. After a while the wakeups count jumps from less than 100 to ~6K per seconds.
I've switched to console removing all unused processes and kernel modules but the wake-ups count is still around 6K per seconds and C0 residency is 50%.

It looks like a kind of idle-wakeups "bug" into the kernel.
