@dieguito, my experience with a rlt 8180 based NIC, has been exactly the same so far.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to find any suitable modules in Gutsy (kernel 2.6.22-14-386)

Not much luck with Ndiswrapper either. Seems like that module is gone as well. Weird.
