I went to http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ and found
v4.13-rc1/ <http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.13-rc1/>
through to v4.13-rc7/
<http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v4.13-rc7/> so downloaded
them.
There is no v4.13-rc5.

Note: on occasion, Internet (Ethernet) access did not work. Due to poor
note-taking, I can't add more than that.
If it is important though, I can re-run the tests and carefully note if the
networking is OK or not.
