shows that it was removed by LP user 'bugproxy' - probably an accident of the Bugzilla bridge?!

Looks like the Bugzilla bridge removed several tags (see log entry '2018-05-29 17:19:23'.
@IBM please verify if the bridge behavior is correct and than expected.

For now I added the tags again ...
