Here's a test build:

http://ppa.launchpad.net/dannf/socionext/ubuntu/dists/bionic/main/installer-arm64/20101020ubuntu543+socionext.1/images/netboot/mini.iso

Note that you need to add apt-setup/proposed=true to the command line
when booting this.
