Istalled it with the following commands:
cd /tmp/
wget -c https://people.canonical.com/~khfeng/lp1844021/linux-headers-4.4.0-165_4.4.0-165.193_all.deb
wget -c https://people.canonical.com/~khfeng/lp1844021/linux-headers-4.4.0-165-generic_4.4.0-165.193_amd64.deb

sudo dpkg -i *.deb

Suspend works correctly with that kernel.

But I have graphics issues (software mode only), no sound and no network. I wonder why.
