I'm getting this error on boot and it is rendering my two SATA drives unusable. The system still boots and runs off of the PATA disk. I'm running 9.04 and my kernel is up-to-date. I've seen this get fixed and opened and fixed and opened and I was wondering what it would take to re-open it. The machine in question is a Gateway GT5220 http://support.gateway.com/s/PC/R/1009151/1009151sp3.shtml
