There's an acer_wmi bug fix in the kernel currently in natty-proposed that fixes some problems with rfkill state. It should get released soon, but if anyone wants to test it you can follow the instructions here to enable proposed updates.

I'd suggest that you enable the proposed repository and select only the linux-image and linux-headers packages to be updated, then disable proposed updates after updating those packages.
