the tests i started are still running fine with teh following changes:

apt-get install cgroups-lite

edit /etc/init/lxc-android-config.conf to start on started cgroups-lite

echo manual >/etc/init/cgmanager.conf
echo manual >/etc/cgproxy.conf

this is in the 70th loop here atm, if it survives until around 250-300 i will upload this change and we should test in the lab with a new image build.
