Comment 1 for bug 63081

This is a duplicate of bug #43150. We are trying to fix the xmaxima (and other maxima frontend) problem. We don't provide the newer packages for Dapper unless they are fixing security or major bugs. If you really want a newer maxima you could file a dapper-backports bug.
