Comment 7 for bug 58977

I have the same problem with my screen setup:
1024x768+0+357
1680x1050+1024+75
1920x1200+2704+0
1280x1024+4624+0

It appears to be that more generally: maximising ignores any panel which is not at the extreme top, bottom, left or right of the entire virtual display.
