I get this error with current Jaunty 9.04 and Miro 2.0.1

The error was:
APT Error. Context:

    Sup-process returned error code 1,
    Error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/miro_2.0.1-1_amd64.deb : Versuche, »/usr/share/applications/miro.desktop« zu überschreiben, welches auch in Paket miro-data ist.

At first i used the Miro repository, but it also happend, after i removed the 3rd party repository
