When 24 moves from Nightly to Aurora (around June 24), I'll work on putting out a version. This obviously cannot be considered a release candidate, but the API should be stable between Aurora and release, and I'll track any major changes.

Release candidates can start appearing after 24 is out of beta, around late September.
