Umm.. still reproducible for me with

nautilus-2.25.93-1.fc11.i586
gnome-session-2.25.92-2.fc11.i586
metacity-2.25.144-6.fc11.i586

As suggested in bug 485883 when I comment out the line X-GNOME-AutoRestart
in /usr/share/applications/gnome-nautilus.desktop this issue
disappears for me.
