That's not how "add bookmark" works, it doesn't add the selected directory but the one you are in, that's an usability issue but different from the bug you reported there, I think your title is misleading, your bug is those bugs:

- no way to add bookmarks by dnd by defaumt
- the add bookmark behaviour is confusing, it should add the selected folder (maybe?)
- you mentioned before deleting a bookmark not working, that's yet another bug...
