Comment 22 for bug 428509

This was pretty frustrating. I was using Virualbox on fullscreen when I missed quite a few notify-osd messages as they were not shown because of this. I see that there has already been discussion about fixing this, so I hope it is fixed before 10.04.1. I honestly though this was a bug and still do. If there is not major changes, at least add a config option to allow notify bubbles on fullscreen applications. This needs to be fixed as this bug already looks pretty old, especially to be in the Lucid final release.
