I am also having this issue:

Client Machine:

Autoselected keyboard map en-us
WARNING: Remote desktop does not support colour depth 24; falling back to 16

I also tried -z and -x 0x80 with no positive result.

the Terminal Server is Windows Server 2008 R2.
