Continuing problem confirmed for Ubuntu 10.10 64-Bit with latest updates on a Dell OptiPlex 960, Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 (2x3.33GHz):
rsyslogd: [origin software="rsyslogd" swVersion="4.2.0" x-pid="841" x-info="http://www.rsyslog.com"] rsyslogd was HUPed, type 'lightweight'.
