The final note, since as a simple user I don't intend to put more effort into convincing Ubuntu makers to do sth about it:
-- It's only happens in Dapper Drake (everything works fine in Breezy)
-- It doesn't matter how old and how official the Scribus version is -- the issue can be easily reproduced
