This bug was fixed in the package ibus - 1.5.19-1ubuntu3

  * ubuntu-use-distinguishable-abstract-address.patch:
    Change the default address of ibus daemon to 'unix:tmpdir=/tmp/ibus'
    so it has a mediatable abstract socket path (LP: #1580463)
