Oh I'm sorry, I forget to close this bug: After having opened this bug report, I re-uploaded a new picture once again and it has finally been accepted => http://screenshots.debian.net/package/cairo-dock-core

Just to note that with the latest version available on Maverick repositories, I've some problems to find a lot of apps (but it has already been reported on bug #624524) and just like you I no longer have an icon associated with Cairo-Dock packages (I had one last month => http://launchpadlibrarian.net/51993789/ubuntu-software_-_cairo-dock.png)
