Comment 25 for bug 195483

I've checked my mp3s encoded with the line i suggested using vlc and i found they are ok.
So i've encoded mp3s on an other pc using xubuntu with sound juicer and still i've obtained good vbr mp3s (tried with different min and max bitrate).
