Comment 9 for bug 1462632

I had an existing ext4 partition on the disk, clicked change in the installer and chose crypt. The listing changed to show the partition as crypt, but after going back or canceling and restarting, it reverted to ext4.

If you can describe exactly what you did to the disk by hand before starting the installer, I can try that.
