Comment 1 for bug 65628

I tried to install again kubuntu because unable to start system again after trying to install klamav 0.38 and required packages (lib....).
I also uncomment first 2 lines in file freshclam.conf because I always get message from klamav "cannot connect to update server. I always got 2 icons of clamav on my task bar and I was unable to exit the program.
