Yes, unity 3.8.4.1-0ubuntu1.2 was installed.

It is regression on the same environment from tb13. Within the same session, I downgraded to thunderbird 13.0.1+build1-0ubuntu0.11.04.1 and verified that drop downs do properly work with that version.

The issue is reproducible every time.
