with those dconf-editor values? All seems fine there. Can you please do this in a shell

cd /usr
find -name com.canonical.Unity2d.gschema.xml
* wait a bit*
verify that
./share/glib-2.0/schemas/com.canonical.Unity2d.gschema.xml
is the only output?
