Hmmm, the fact that "Pressing super gives the dash (where you can type commands) but not the Launcher" is quire weird, can you please do this?

* Open a terminal
* write killall unity-2d-shell
* again write killall unity-2d-shell
* write unity-2d-shell
* Press super
* Attach here all the output the unity-2d-shell wrote in the terminal
