I have been running 15.10 for about a month now, without this problem (or any other problems).

This issue has suddenly occurred, and, to me, seems like a regression from a relatively recent update. No other parameters, that I know of, have changed (same computer, WiFi, OS version).

I have wpasupplicant 2.4-0ubuntu3.2, but I do not know if this is relevant to my issue.
