(Risky) workaround, by forcing the libxen3 install (overwriting the libxen3-dev libblktap.so): sudo dpkg -i --force-all /var/cache/apt/archives/libxen3_3.3.0-1ubuntu5_amd64.deb sudo apt-get install -f
This enables my system to install updates again.
